BODY:
~ Avoid overindulging in those holiday sweets! Try fresh fruit ~ it's not chocolate but it's sweeeeet. Blood oranges rule!
~ If you're going to a dinner party and you know the host is sure to be making super fatty, YUMMY food, eat something healthy before you leave. Spoil your dinner! Then taste a little of everything.
~ Go easy on the alcoholic beverages. When you have a few drinks at a holiday party, you are more inclined to eat seconds if you're a bit tipsy.
~ Get some sleep! Everyone has hectic holiday schedules, as well as children or significant others to attend to, but try to make sure you get some rest or you may end up exhausted with a cold. Eight hours of sleep is crucial!
