I know answered some of your questions a few days ago, but I really just love reading through all of your comments, so I thought I would answer a few more today.

Hi Audrina!
Quick question about exercise and diet. I'm 22 and I'm going to be having my second baby this Dec (around Xmas day)! So I wanted to ask you, what kind of exercises you do at the gym. As far as diet goes, what works best when working out? When I'm not pregnant, I have a great body but I just wanted to ask you what works best for slimming down and toning muscles (just a little bit). You're the best! -Jessica
Hi Jessica,
First of all, congrats on the new baby! If you have a great body when you're not pregnant and are used to eating healthy normally ~ aka lots of dark greens, veggies, chicken and fish ~ then you should be good for post baby body recovery. My sister recently had a baby and she was in a bikini two weeks after... it's all about moderation and maintaining overall health during your entire pregnancy. Here are some of her tricks:
If you crave sweets, candy etc. (she has a HUGE sweet tooth), eat an orange or strawberries ~ any fruit does the trick. Walk a lot! With the holidays coming up she was shopping everyday (she gave birth in January). And she swears her final trick was breast-feeding. She has a theory that your body stores the maternal fat for this very reason and that it's the natural and easiest way to burn the rest of the preggo chubs.
As for my workout regimen, I am a very outdoors oriented person. Anything to do with the ocean ~ just jumping in and playing in the waves for an hour gives your body an incredible workout and it's fun at the same time! When I do go to the gym, I like to use the elliptical trainer and do Pilates! Hope that helps!
