I have to be honest, I have a 13-year-old sister and she is an angel, but I wouldn't like the idea of her even having a boyfriend so young. You have the rest of your life to deal with boy drama, and you are very young so you have to obey your father. As you get older, you'll realize that your parents weren't trying to upset you or keep you from experiencing life, they are just looking out for your best interest and they know a lot of things you don't. When I was growing up, my sister and I weren't allowed to date until we were 16! But I found that hanging out in groups is a good idea, it's always a lot of fun when there are boys and girls. Just have fun and don't lose sight of good grades and your father will eventually realize that you deserve some slack for your good efforts. You'll get more slack when you have your father's respect and trust. But you have to keep it also! =)

OMG, 13 is really young to be in a relationship Sara!!!! And since a year! Wen I was your age I was playing and having fun, I was not thinking about boys! I know that we are in the 21 century but seriously, I miss the old days sometimes.... it is sad to see young people trying to be adults, by wearing inappropriate clothes, make-up etc.... live with your time and be your age, you ll get older fast enough. I agree with your dad, he might be out of his mind! You know, he does not want you to get pregnant, it is why he does not want you to be by yourself, and he is RIGHT for God sack!

OK Sara heres the thing I'm 15 my cousin had a baby when she was 14, a year ago..well her parents never thought of it as being a bad idea for her to go out with her boyfriend or let alone let her go to his house..one thing we never expected for is for her to turn out pregnant..and let me tell you I've never seen parents so upset..they never stopped crying...they regret never being so tolerant on her...when i found out that she was pregnant i cried because i new i had lost more than i cousin but a bestfriend...throughout this year i realized i was right nothing was ever the same...

hi audrina! i've been in this "open relationship" with someone very near and dear to my heart. he's in college and i'm in high school so he wanted to do the "college thing", and decided oiur relationshp should be open a month after we started dating and he was about to leave in the summer. it's been 5 months and now we are official, i couldn't do the open and he doesn't want to be shared with anyone else either, the only thing is-i can't take our relationship seriously! i mean, i love him so much i really do but it doesn't seem like anything's changed and the relationship is so.. sexual, i want to find something deeper with him but he doesn't like to talk about personal stuff and i was just wondering what your take was on this... help!

hey Audrina, I've gotta problem. Me and my (ex) boyfriend just broke up a month ago. We thought it was right because we hadn't seen each other for a while and we felt that there was no need to be in a relationship if we had no contact with each other. But recently we've started talking again, almost everyday, like we were best friends and nothing had fazed us in our past. It's great catching up with him, but now I realized I have a lot of unsaid feelings coming back. As much as I don't want to be in that situation again where hes out partying and I don't know what he's up to, I can't help but think about how much I still want to be with him and still want to make things work. It's given me a lot of time to myself to think about what I want but I'm not sure what he wants. He's always the first to text me and talk to me and ask me how everything is, but I just can't read him and tell if he's actually feels the same way. A couple days ago I heard he was seeing someone, I was really devastated cause I've got all my unsolved feelings. My question is should I ask him about how he feels in where we stand? Or should I wait and see how things go with this new lady he has in his life?

Would you ever date/marry someone in the military? I am currently serving our great country in the US Navy and am stationed in Yokosuka, Japan.
Its hard being away from loved ones for such a long period of time. Prior to coming to Japan on the USS George Washington I was stationed in Virginia. It was hard being there but I was alot closer to home, now I am 5500 miles away from my daughter.

hey, i want to say big fan, and i need advice.
theres this boy ive liked since the beginning of this year(its may). He knows i like him, cause im bad at hiding it. Hes pretty desparate kid, he asks out almost everygirl. I feel like somethings wrong with me since he doesnt even consider me. I have sent girls to find out to see if he likes me and he ends up likeing the mesenger. He told one girl he thought i was so ugly and would never go out with me. He hurt me so bad, but i cant not like him.
