I get how you feel. I'm 17 and used to have really big confidence issues. You need to know that you're a really really beautiful person. Try this: before you look in a mirror, say to yourself "I'm beautiful, I'm strong, I'm me" and when you look in the mirror, you'll feel a whole lot better. Do little things for yourself to show you appreciate you. As weird as that sounds, it works. Try little things, like holding your head high up and keeping your eyes forward when you walk through the hallway at school or smiling at people more often. You need to appreciate you and know that if you accept yourself, others will, too.

I read in a magazine that you are going to be in Pittsburgh filming a horror movie with Rumer Willis. I live in Pittsburgh and would love to come see the filming. When will that be? Can you give me any info??

Especially after what she has been through with Heidi and most recently Stephanie.
I think she has more respect for you then that and of course I do not know either of you but she genuinely seems like she considers you a good friend.

For whats its worth, I hung out with Justin briefly on Wednesday night in San Diego at Typhoons. Even though he had plenty of opportunity with random hot girls he did nothing about it and acted like a guy in an exclusive relationship. He seemed like a great guy, much better in person than they portray him on the show.
I can see why you like him, I think the other girls are just jealous and want to monkeywrench your relationship. I know you are too smart for that...

I was wondering how you get the poof on the back of your hair. I have tried everything from volumising foam, and moose to get my hair to do it like yours. I can get it at first, I use hairspray but then it flattens out during the day. What do I do?

Audrina, I ricently started high school and ever since life feels like its been turned upside down. The one girl best friend I had, went to a different school and now has a new best friend already and pretty much replaced me. My best best friend, the only person I really trust and have told everything to, feels like were drifting apart. We used to date and we broke up not even by our own choice it was just friends or his mother sent him to another country to live with his dad. But I cant seem to move on with my life. I dont know weather its because I dont want to, or what. I still love him and part of me always will. Plus all the guys I've met so far in high school all think of me as the really chill freshman. I dont even have a social life for about 3 years already and I'm only 21. Im working two job because I cant find anything better. Then I got back to work and den school and den work I get home at 2:30am wake up for work again at 4am get off of work again at 10am and then school and after school go back to work at 7pm and my days just repeats.

I'll be 17 on the 10th of April and I have this big issue about my confidence.

2 Years ago I moved to UK from Lithuania, and I started being shy and scared to talk, because I'm worried all the time that people won't understand what im saying because english is my second language. And still I don't talk much because im afraid that someone won't understand what im saying, that caused me a lack of friends and extremely low self esteem.

Now I've been hanging out with two girls and I finaly started to feel better, and I wasn't as afraid or shy to talk to them, but now it kinda seems like they don't want me around anymore. I usually can't find them when we're at college and they never text back or pick up the phone when i try to find them... SO i spend most of my time alone now. I just don't know what to do, should I say something to them about how I feel? What would you do in my situation?

I'd really appreciate if you could give me some advice. I haven't told this to anyone...
